Do I need to make an appointment to visit the nursery?
You do not need to make an appointment to visit the nursery you can just drop by when you are free. However; we do ask that you do NOT visit during our busy meal times, between 11.30am and 1.30pm or after 4.00pm.

Do you accept child care vouchers?
Yes we do accept child care vouchers, some companies will request a code. To be provided with a code, please contact Katie Robinson on:

Do you accept the 30 hours free childcare for working families?
Yes we do accept the 30 hrs funding, you will need to provide us with a code from HMRC please visit or contact:

Does the nursery have a waiting list?
Yes we do have a waiting list. You will need to contact Katie in the office (details above) to find out how long the list is. Our main intake for children is September.

Do you need to provide lunch or snacks for children at nursery?
Penrhyn will provide lunches and snack for your child. If your child is still drinking formula milk then you will need to provide this.

Do you supply nappies and wipes?
Nappies and wipes will need to be provided by the parent/carers.

Does the nursery close throughout the year?
Nursery is open 50 weeks of the year. We close for all Bank Holidays, for two weeks at Christmas and we have three staff training days per year, which we advise all parents of well in advance.
